01 · Acceptance
By accessing Domain.Work you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
02 · Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and any activity under it. One human per seat.
03 · Acceptable Use
Don't upload data you don't have the right to. Don't attack the service. Don't scrape the console.
04 · Data & Ownership
Your portfolio data is yours. You can export it in CSV or JSON at any time. We do not sell or share your data.
05 · Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD. Overages are soft-billed. Refunds are prorated within 30 days.
06 · Termination
Either party may terminate for any reason. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
07 · Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee any specific SLA outside Enterprise contracts.
08 · Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email.
